How to Clean Your 3-in-1 Humidifier:
1. Disconnect and Turn Off: First, disconnect and turn off your humidifier.
2. Tank Cleaning: Fill the tank with 1 cup of water and add 1 cup of bleach or undiluted white vinegar. Screw the cap back on and let it sit for approximately 20 minutes.
3. Tank Residue Removal: After 20 minutes, remove any residue or buildup by gently shaking the mixture back and forth.
4. Base Cleaning: Pour a generous amount of undiluted white vinegar into the base of your cool mist humidifier. Let it sit for 20 minutes. Do not submerge the base in water.
5. Base Residue Removal: After 20 minutes, remove any residue or buildup by gently scrubbing with a soft bristle brush or soft cloth. Do not scrub or scrape the transducer. Rinse thoroughly.
6. Removing Odor: If there is a leftover bleach or undiluted white vinegar smell, rinse thoroughly using 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide mixed with 1 cup of water.
7. Final Steps: Gently spot-clean your 360º mister and dry all components before reassembling.
