This is the original Encore, subsequent versions are 2.0 and 3.0. Encore is a popular, well-regarded pickleball paddle known for its great control, spin, and feel.
You may see the V2.0 as a better deal but it depends on your level. Please note that the V2.0 is marketed as an excellent value for beginner to intermediate players. The original, this offering, is for intermediate to advanced players

* Skin: Specialized "Proprietary" Fiberglass, designed to maximize legal surface roughness for spin.
* Technology: It utilized the concept (pioneered by Engage) of maximizing ball contact time on the paddle face to enable a soft feel for net play.

These paddles are in very good condition, having been used only a handful of times. Minimal top scuffing, photo 3. You’d probably want to cover or change the grip.
