Pre-owned condition with box and styrofoam. This item has been tested and works but it has a few flaws. The power switch is very stiff and difficult to switch on/off but you could just unplug it to turn it off easier. It also only works with music, lights, and motion as the switch will not move to the option for just motion without music. Also the lights will occasionally intermittently flicker as it seems there is a loose connection between the AC adapter and the unit. Price is lower than other listings to account for these flaws.
