There are some bubbles in the rim of glass as pictured with some smooth bumping felt in area but appears to be a production flaw, not damage. Fenton used to toss their seconds out the back door of the factory and local kids would take them home to their mom’s. Not sure if this was a second that made it to the market or not. Can’t make out the first letter of artist’s last name
