This is a custom made dust ruffle for a full sized bed. It is cleverly made from 2 full sheets. The maker chose to have the ruffle on only the two long sides of the bed and left the head and the foot of the bed without ruffles. I wasn't sure what the reason for this was until it dawned on me that it was for beds with traditional solid, headboards and footboards. It is unique!
