For over 80 years, enameled cast iron has been the foundation of Le Creuset's Product line. Each piece is formed in two Sand molds, which are used only once and then the Sand is recycled. Once removed from the mold the piece is polished and finished by hand, then enameled and fired twice. The unique production process yields a nonreactive cooking surface that can be used on any type of heat source, including induction and glass top, and can be used in the oven up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Easily prepare and serve paper-thin crepes with this Crepe pan from Le Creuset. Less than an inch in height, it is ideal for cooking a thin layer of batter and has sloped sides that make it easy to maneuver. The sloped handle provides Comfort and safety, while the satin Black enamel interior ensures creates its own nonstick coating after only a few uses for an easy release. This pan comes with a wooden Crepe rateau and spatula.
