I purchased this item, but I rarely use it because I prefer smaller wallets, so I have stored it carefully.

There are scratches on the outer button and a couple of small pink stains. Please check the images.
Otherwise, there is no significant damage, and it is in clean condition. I have only used it about twice since I bought it. I put a homemade protective case in the wallet and did not put coins directly inside.
There are some minor scratches and light stains inside the coin purse, some pink stains on the flap, and some peeling on the edge of the outer card pocket, but overall, it is in a clean condition with little use.
