This is a Platinum fountain pen.
The cap is engraved with "pure silver," so I believe it is made of pure silver (see image 3).
The entire pen is engraved with a design that looks like arabesque patterns, but I'm not certain about the exact pattern, so please check the images.
The nib is EF to F, size 5.
The nib point is still present.
The sac needs to be replaced.
Also, the clip is slightly loose, which might be fixable by disassembling the pen.
