Vintage Snap On CDR20 Drill with blow-molded case and battery charger, plus bonus CT30 3/4" Impact Driver
For sale by original owner. Purchased drill complete with case and charger, purchased the impact separately from my dealer as the tool only. Both tools fit the same case and use the same battery and charger - 9.6V. The impact is one of the very first cordless impact tools - decades before brushless motors and high voltage batteries that dominate today. Develops max torque of 50 ft/lbs.
Just completed rebuilding the only remaining battery with 8 brand new 2000mAh NiCad cells. Wasn't an easy rebuild, quite a bit of the plastic was mangled during the long process of opening it up without completely destroying it. Ended up using JB Weld in re-assembly as it was originally glued together and wasn't meant for disassembly.
Tested and both tools still function correctly. Drill is in excellent condition and was only used a dozen times or so. The impact is in very good shape.
