In good condition. Has 1 small ding on bottom left side grill, and 1 other small ding on the back top left side, non-dents. Comes with charging base, although it has a tear on the cable due to running it over with a vacuum. The charging base still charges the speaker, but I have added a new USB-C to USB-C cable for alternate charging option.
Battery holds a charge and plays for a few hours on the battery; slightly less run time than when it was new.
Battery can easily be replaced with a Move 2 battery (Move Gen 1 batteries no longer available), and will last longer than when new, as the Move 2 has a longer lasting backwards compatible battery.
