The bag is well made and still feels solid and tight.
The stitching is tight with little to no fraying.
All the zippers slide well with minimum resistance & all the snaps stay together well.
There are some small stains around the bag & a tape mark inside, (pix #3 & 9).
There is a small pen mark on the inside Coach zipper bag, (pic #2).
